Glasfaser-Internetanbindung und ein 11-kW-Ladeanschluss für Elektrofahrzeuge sind bereits installiert. Die Solaranlage versorgt das Haus in der Hauptarbeitszeit weitgehend mit eigenem Strom.

Fibre-optic internet and an 11 kW EV charging point are already installed. The solar installation supplies the house with largely self-generated electricity during core working hours.

Bad Hersfeld ist ICE-Haltepunkt und liegt am Kreuzungspunkt von A4, A5 und A7. Für regelmäßige Pendler ist das machbar. Für alle, die nur noch selten ins Büro fahren: ein echter Gewinn.
